乌海肥煤乳化浮选降灰试验研究

Study on the Deashing Effect of Emulsified Diesel Oil to Wuhai Fat Coal

摘要:

为了考察乳化柴油对乌海肥煤的浮选降灰效果,分别应用乳化柴油与柴油作为捕收剂,采用可燃体回收率和浮选完善度作为评价指标,对煤样进行实验室浮选试验,试验结果表明乳化柴油具有更好的选择性,在可燃体回收率相同的情况下,乳化柴油精煤灰分更低,同时确定了最佳捕收剂用量0.8kg/t,可节油73%;采用分级浮选考察了乳化柴油对不同粒级煤泥的降灰效果。通过对煤样与药剂作用前后的疏水性和Zeta电位的对比,初步探讨了乳化柴油降灰的机理。

Abstract:

To investigate the deashing effect of emulsified diesel oil to Wuhai fat coal, the emulsified diesel oil and diesel oil were employed as collector to do the lab flotation experiments, and the combustible material recovery and flotation perfectness were used as evaluation index. The results showed that the emulsified diesel oil had a better selectivity, at the case of same combustible material recovery, the ash content was lower using emulsified diesel oil as collector than using diesel oil, and the best collector dosage 0.8kg/t was determined, which can save 73% oil. The classification flotation was adopted to investigate the deashing effect of different size fraction coal sample. The mechanism of deashing of emulsified diesel oil was discussed through the contrast the hydrophobicity and Zeta potential of coal sample before and after agent acted.
